Saikrishna1 Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 Hello, I have received an I94 (which doesn't have any expiration date on it) when i visited to my home country back in 2007 At that time i was on my student visa (F1) and then got my H1B visa. Since then i have not leave US. Now situation is, i've applied for my H1B extension on Aug 2011 (while i have my I140 approved). and recently i have received RFE in January 2012 for my H1B extension. In this situation, can i do my H1b transfer with another company? (keeping in my mind about the I94 and the RFE which i got for my previous company) Do advise me. Many Thanks in advance!!
