I have got my I-140 approved in Dec 2011, but I am out of project from mid of oct 2011(Immediately went to India for couple of months and came back in December). so my employer did not run the pay roll for the last 3 months(Oct, Nov, Dec) In this situation if my PD becomes current do I really need the pay stubs to file my 485?? or what are all the complications on my case. and also please list the documents needed to file I-485 for me and my wife!!! With you not getting paid on bench and being forced to leave the country, that is put in doubt. You may want to look for a better employer, one who actually pays his employees. Link to comment
