goldenhurricane Posted January 20, 2012 Report Share Posted January 20, 2012 Hi, In order to get the STEM OPT extension I have taken a job with an e-verified company. Also I am getting an offer from a non e-verified company now that will get me H1 on April 1 2012. Can I work for this non e-verified company right away since I have applied for STEM extension through the e-verified one ( the H1 quota is full and hence can't file visa before April 1 2012)?
