My company has filed a petition for I-94 extension which ended up in RFE. Instead of responding to RFE, I am planning to leave the country and re-enter back as I have valid visa till next year. And also my company is ready to close the petition after I have received a new I-94 card. Would this be of any concern upon re-entering as I have received RFE for my petition. Please advice.
