pawan_fan
Hi, I have master's degree from unaccredited university. I worked fulltime on OPT, then got my H1 b approved and currently on h1B. I am about to ask my employer to file my PERM and start green card processing , which they will do. Am i qualified to file my PERM under EB2 (advanced degree category)? OR (if i am not qualified) I have total of 3.5 years of real time experience. should i wait for another 1.5 to become eligible for appyling greencard under 5 year progressive experience category? what would u suggest? All responses are appreciated!! Link to comment
JoeF
A degree from a non-accredited institution can not be used for immigration. Essentially, you paid lots of money for a worthless piece of paper. If you want to get a Masters degree, you would have to enroll at a real, accredited university, not at some fake diploma mill.
