Documents - Marriage and Birth Certificate

Hello, I am from India and am very close to the PD in EB2 category. I am in the process of arranging documents required for AP/EAD. While checking the documents, I realized that my Marriage Certificate is in a form of Affidavit. That is, it's on a stamp paper with our color photo (and sworn by us) and signed by High Court Judge. That has worked so far in getting visa, stamping etc but I am not sure if I really need to get a Marriage Certificate (and how!) or this affidavit will work? Please reply!

Regarding Birth Certificate, it only carries my father First name and not the middle and last name. Will that work or do I need to get it changed? Kindly reply.
