dec9221g Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 I have a masters degree from a US university. I was hired 3 years back for a position which "prefferred" masters degree. But now my company is promoting me to a higher position which requires masters degree. If they are willing to apply for my GC, can I file under EB2 based on the new position or has to go with EB3 based on the position to which I was hired.
