Visa stamping done late

Hello all,

I came to India to visit my family during september and a week after I came here, my father had a serious medical emergency. He is now still recovering but is out of danger. Meanwhile my project in the usa is getting delayed and I need to go there immediately.

I am going for stamping now ( 4 months after I came back from the usa). I have a letter from my employer detailing my current famimly condition and my responsibilities there. I am a direct hire.

I just want to know if I have anything to worry about during the interview or later at the port of entry.
