H1B Extension /Received RFE for client letter

Hi Gurus,

I have my current Visa till 05/17/2012, Recently I have submitted for my visa extension and got RFE for SOW and client letter. My 140 has been approved and received 485 receipt notice.

I am working for present client from more than 19 months, and my contract is getting over by 01/31/2012. I work for this client through a preferred vendor and then my employer.

This client doesn't give client letters to any of their contractors. I will get client letter through my preferred vendor with end date as 01/31/2012. Our original SOW has been expired in 11/30/2011. Now I am in T&M basis.

So I am left with client letter through my preferred vendor with end date as 01/31/2012 only. I am confused to proceed with,  need your expert advice.

Since they have asked for Client Letter, they will not be satisfied with anything other than Client letter... Talk to your attorney on how he plans to respond to the RFE.
