grsram Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 One thing i observed is that during Oct and Nov there are lot of Premiums filed. Though Oct/Nov seen too much of filing, there is a good chance that the processing also keeps the pace because of the premiums. Having said that, i see most of the regular first timers from Oct27 - Nov 7 getting approved during Feb21-24. Link to comment

grsram Posted March 1, 2012 Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 There are some Nov 2nd week H1B's approved but in general most of the approvals from vermont seem to be in the first week of Nov. In any case, USCIS would want to finish these backlogs before the next FY so i would expect faster processing during these days. Also, many of the Nov petitions are premium processed already.
