Hi,

I filed for a change of status from L1 to H4 in June 2011. My L1 was expired in July 2011.

COS got approved in Jan 2012 with validity from 4th Jan 2012. What would be my status from July 2011 to Jan 3rd 2012? Am I out of Status? What options do I have to correct this date issue?

Will there be any problem with my GC?
