I-140 pending for more than 54 months

Hi All,

My GC is in EB3 category and I-140 is been pending for the past 54 months.

Did not receive any queries as well. Recently I did go thru FOIA to check whether my application is still there or not.

And I found out that it's not missing anywhere.

Here are my questions:

1. Is it worth waiting on this I-140?

2. Can I start new I-140 with same employer?

3. Is there any way to contact USCIS for this specific issue?

Any suggestions or guidance is highly appreciated.
