Following is the situation: Legal Company Name: ABC Group Inc, Doing Business As (DBA) Name / Trade Name: ABC Technical During advertisement DBA Name "ABC Technical" was used. Both are same companies with same structure, same FEIN, everything same. Q. What name should be mentioned on 9089 ? Legal Name or DBA Name ? Q. If audited, do you think DOL would say why was the legal name not used in advertisement ? Q. During i-140 if legal name is used, would USCIS say that the DBA name does not match with the legal name?
