sandeep20 Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 Hello, My H1B- I-797 and I-94 is expiring in March 20th 2012. I have 1 more year left out of 6 Years H1B original term. If my employer applies for H1B extension as regular processing and if I don't receive approval by March 20th, do I have leave US..? Will I be out of status after that..? I have approved I140 from same employer (I don't think it matters) and my priority date is not current yet. Thanks Sandeep Link to comment
