My father just hot his Green Card and SSN. I am on F1 visa, which is about to finish and going to transfer on H4, since my husband is on H1B.

Can my father sponsor me and my husband's green card?

How long it takes?

What are the steps?

Can we go for premium processing?

No, he can not sponsor you. Only US citizens can sponsor married children.
