Employer change on EAD

Hi All,

I need a help on this. I have recenttly ie 2012 received EAD under EB2 category from current/sponsered Employer .

I would like to change my employer with this EAD card,

I need a clarification on emplpyer change.

1) Can I join to the new Employer immediately after received EAD Card?

2) How long does it takes to receive GC card after got EAD Card?

3) If i join to new employer , who will support GC RFE Queries if there is RFE?

4) Should we pass the info to USCIS about the employment/Employer change?

Or

Do i need to wait for GC to change the Employer?.
