raghavapudi Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 Check on the possibilities of making it premium and waiting till its decision time before u can think of noticing your current employer . ( in case if there is a possibility ) usually you get the receipt in 10 days of time , though they give the time frame of 3-4 weeks . All the best . Link to comment

frahim Posted April 11, 2012 Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Date application was mailed to USCIS: Jan 11th, 2012 Date received receipt from USCIS: Jan 12th, 2012 Status: Approved : March 20th, 2012 Application Type: CA - Regular Transfer Additional Information: The website is still showing Initial Review, but received a confirmation from my attorneys as well as the case approval document itself :) Link to comment
