GC2k6PD Posted January 16, 2012 Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 I have been working for a large US employer as full time employee since last two years on H1b and need to go for visa stamping in home country (India). My salary has increased by around 20% (15k) since the original salary stated in LCA when I joined. Can this be a problem during visa stamping? There is no other change in employment. Please advise.
