DS 160 From Question

I filled DS-160 form by selecting the location, India-Hyd. How can I change the location now?

I have another question for form DS-160. What do we enter when asked : Employer's Contact Person. Is this someone in Human Resources or would this your immediate supervisior/Manager? i work for a large company (>5000 employees) and wondering if it would make sense to put Manager as Contact person insead of HR since HR wouldn't necessarily know enough details (job duties, etc) if contacted.
