H1B Valid but I-94 expired

Hi All,

I have a valid H1B extension till Feb 2014. But my I-94 in my passport has expired.

I have my I-797A form with my extended date (FEB 2014) mentioned at left bottom of the form.

Is I'm in valid status?

Do I need to change my I-94 in my passport , now?

Please advice.

Go to the nearest CBP office and get it corrected.....

Is there an I-94 at the bottom right part of the approval notice? Staple that to the one in your passport.
