Right now she is in india working for ********** pvt ltd. The question is, can my spouse continue to work for ******* (work from home option) while she is in US on L2 visa status? Assuming that ****** does not have any problem with spouse working from US. Please clarify, Appreciate the help. Sravan Link to comment
Attorney_23 Posted January 16, 2012 Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 A foreign national in L-2 status may generally apply for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Upon issuance of the EAD, the person in L-2 status may generally work for virtually any employer. Link to comment
