H1B Visa stamping

Hi,

I am currently in US and working for employer 'A'. I have valid stamped H1B visa, I-797 till Sep 2013 and I have I-94 as well valid till same date. Employer name as of my Visa (stamped on my passport) is 'A'.

If i change my employer 'B' and get new H1B approval from USCIS. If i go to India on vacation may be end of 2012. Do i need to go for stamping as i would be working for employed 'B' but name of employer on passport (as stamped) is 'A'??

My stamped visa is valid till Sep 2013 and i will be entering much before that. Employer name on my passport is diff from my new I-797.

would there be any problem at port of entry while entering to US??

Any help on this is highly appreciable.
