New H1B Visa Stamping in Canada, Possible?

Hi, I was on L1 visa from June 2007 to 2011 March for company A. I have got approved H1B petition on 2011 March through company-B, and started working for the client through EVC model.

Now, I want to go to India for personal commitments, but, I would like to do visa stamping in Canada if possible. Right now, I don't have any valid visa on my passport, this will be my first H1B visa stamping, previously, I had L1B visa stamped on my passport. Can I go to Canada for H1B visa stamping in this case? I see, positive feed backs in Canada for EVC model.

Please advise me if any one has some idea.
