Birth Certificate in Mysore....Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to get the birth certificate done in Mysore and trying to get it done ASAP. I am trying to get it from the past one month but have to go through the court. The municipality is saying it'll take at least 60-90 days. Please help if any one of you know anyone in Mysore so I can call him to get this done. I need your help since my EB2 PD is up on the feb bulletin. I would appreciate any input. Please help!

Talk to an immigration lawyer to see if you can can file with Non-Availability of BC and 2 affadavits from Parents/Relatives?

Again it depends on if local authorities can issue Non-Availability cetrificate or not in the short period.
