sai_bs Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Hello All, I heard from some of my friends who appeared for H1B visa stamping in India have been put on hold with 221g status. Now, my question to all is are there any cases with L1B stamping that are stuck? I am currently working with an MNC in US and was transferred from India on L1B individual visa which expired last month. I have now got the extension and my wife who is on L2 dependent visa is traveling to India and have to go for Stamping. We are scarred if she will get the stamping without any issues? Also, based on her stamping, I am planning to travel. Is there still chance of my stamping being rejected for any reason? If it does, how much time do I have to wait in India?
