Serendipity12
I am on my 6th year of my HIB which is valid till 2/3/13. My Labor was filed on 4/25/11. I received an Audit on Oct 2011 and on 12/27/2011 received a “Supervisor Recruitment Notice”. My employer is going to do the needful as per the DOL ( Dept of Labor) Certifying Officer demands. What should I be aware of? What can I do in this stage or it all depends on the attorney from my company. Is there anything I can do to assist my company’s attorney. Thank you Link to comment
Attorney_9
There is no involvement required from the employee at the Supervised Recruitment stage. All required action should be taken by the employer and/or attorney. Link to comment
eamadrid
Hi I have I-140 approved from my previous employer. I moved to new company and my PERM got Supervised Recruitment Notice. My priority date is current now. I feel that this process and porting of priority date later may take another 1-1.5 yrs. Is it advisable to move to previous employer and get I-485 filed. If I do so then is there impact of Supervised Recruitment on my I-485 filing with my previous employer. Thanks Link to comment
