Supervisor Recruitment Notice

I am on my 6^th year of my HIB which is valid till 2/3/13. My Labor was filed on 4/25/11. I received an Audit on Oct 2011 and on 12/27/2011 received a “Supervisor Recruitment Notice”. My employer is going to do the needful as per the DOL ( Dept of Labor) Certifying Officer demands.

What should I be aware of? What can I do in this stage or it all depends on the attorney from my company. Is there anything I can do to assist my company’s attorney. Thank you

There is no involvement required from the employee at the Supervised Recruitment stage. All required action should be taken by the employer and/or attorney.

Hi

I have I-140 approved from my previous employer. I moved to new company and my PERM got Supervised Recruitment Notice. My priority date is current now. I feel that this process and porting of priority date later may take another 1-1.5 yrs.

Is it advisable to move to previous employer and get I-485 filed. If I do so then is there impact of Supervised Recruitment on my I-485 filing with my previous employer.
