sathyakumari Posted January 11, 2012 Report Share Posted January 11, 2012 I am working for Company A and got labor approved under EB2 recently.My husband has PD Aug 2006 EB2 with the Company A but he works for Company B,filed new GC under EB3 jan 2009. My current employer and my husbands previous employer are same. Is it a way that i can use his PD and file my I140 and I 485? Thank you, Sathya Link to comment
