sagarmvr2003 Posted January 11, 2012 Report Share Posted January 11, 2012 Hello Friends, I need your suggestions. I have been on a H1B Visa with Company X since Jan 2011. I received a job offer from Company Y in Dec 2011 and company Y initiated my paperwork for the Visa Transfer on 17 Dec. They told me that the lawyer mailed the LCA to the DOL and I can start work as soon as soon as they mail the signed LCA to the USCIS. Therefore, I resigned my job with Company X on 31st Dec 2011. Until now, Company has not received any correspondence from the DOL reg the LCA. Please suggest what I should do in this case to help my company get the LCA faster. -Sagar Link to comment
