I-94 validity question-- urgent!

Hi,

My old H1 VISA /I-94 expired in 6/11. I got my new H1 extension for three years. The new I-797 has I-94 with same number (as of old one currently in my pass port) and valid upto 6/2014. Will there be any problem getting new stamp in india?

Is there a rule that I must get a new stamp within 180days of expiry of old I94 that we get in POE?

I appreciate if somebody/murthy attorney could respond as I would be having only few days for 6months period.

The new I-94 is supposed to have the same number. It supercedes the old one..

You can get the visa whenever you want.
