FirstH1Bvisa
My H1B started in March 2010. I have been working with this university since my OPT and now I have completed one year on my H1B which is valid till 2013. I am planning to travel to India and noticed that there is a huge difference between my LCA(which neither me or my employe has a copy of) and W2. I have a copy of my perm and I-140 which has my prevailing wage. I have all my pay stubs. Can difference between LCA and W2 lead to visa denial. If yes, what options do i have? I would really appreciate you help! Link to comment
gkh
As long as W2 amount is greater than that mentioned in LCA, you should be fine. Link to comment
