I have my visa appointment on Jan 31st in Vancouver. I will be getting there on the 30th. Anyone interested in sharing accommodation please contact me at the email address mentioned in my profile.

Visa documents Checklist:

- Client letter

- Vendor letter

- Contract between petitioner and vendor

- Contract between vendor and client

- Latest paystubs for at least 8 months

- W2 for two years

- Tax returns for 2 yrs

- Timesheets - 2 months - employer, vendor, client

- Academic certificates

- Proof of payment between petitioner and vendor

- Monthly status reports

- Photos at client location

- Petitioner invitation letter

- LCA/ Petition/ Support letter to consulate - entire packet that employer sent to USCIS while filing for the H1

- Original I797

- Passport

- DS160 confirmation form

- Extra passport size photo as per the instructions for DS form (just in case)

If possible/available:

- Petitioner's Company Brochure

- Petitioner's income tax return for last three years and unemployment wages

Notarized list of all the petitioner's employees of the job site listed (name, job title, start end dates, salaries, Imm status)

- Proof of payment between vendor and client

- Petitioner’s employees of the job site listed. The list should show all employees’ names, their specific job titles, start and end dates, and their individual

- Business card of my employer/ client. Let them know they might receive a call.

- State Unemployment Wage Reports.Salaries and immigration status.

- Performance appraisals reports for past 3 quarters

- Copy of I 140 approval
