I-140 denied as no response from Lawyer

My I-140 under EB-2 was denied on Jan 4th because no response from lawyer.

what are my possible options MTR/appeal ? new GC processing or file new 140 based on existing Labor.I am completing 7th year on H1B in 6 months.

Have oyu checked with your attorney if he missed RFE and anything else?

You might want to wait and see what the reason for rejection, based on that your attorney can appeal/MTR.

again you might want to consider options getting a new attorney, if he did not communicate or responded to RFE.

I have contacted my lawyer and it seems that USCIS asked for Contract papers from my employer, Lawyer has responded with the papers but before even papers reaches the USCIS, they have closed the case as no response. Can this happen ? My attorney says there was an RFE long time ago and he responded already, but the last one was verbal communication between the attorney and USCIS regarding the contract, not sure whether this is true.
