EB3 and EB2 from same employer

Hi,

My company applied for PERM in EB3 about 3 years ago. I was eligible for EB2 then itself but the job didn't require masters or bachelors +5 years. I have PERM and I140 approved. This is based at location X. My designation was Programmer Analyst and EB3 job designation was Systems Analyst.

Now they have another job at location Y, and this job description satisfies EB2. They're planning to apply PERM for me at this location. Can the second PERM be filed in EB2 without any issues? My current designation is still the same, Programmer Analyst and EB2 PERM job designation is Software Engineer IV,Applications.

Can this be done without any issues??

I am not sure if the title is what constitute EB2 or EB3, but the job responsibilities and experience.

but it can be done without issues if new job requirement qualifies for EB2.
