Illinois_Dude
My company ( a major US corporation) is doing the recruitment process for my EB2 petition. Due to the specialized nature of my engineering position my company received only 4 applicants. Before submitting their application for the job through the company’s website, the candidates have to respond yes or no to questions related their degree and the requirements for the position. The candidates answered yes to all the questions however when my boss looked at their resumes, he found nothing that indicated that they had done my kind of work. Does this mean that he can reject these applications and the company can go ahead with the PERM? Or does he need to interview them first Link to comment
ravi26usa
Does this mean that he can reject these applications and the company can go ahead with the PERM? If your company decides to file your PERM ,nothing can stop them.Meaning,They won't recruit any1. Good Luck. Ravi Link to comment
JoeF
Does the employer have a lawyer? If not, they should hire one. You should not even know about these things. Link to comment
