I485 approved but i 140 still pending

My status is showing that the card is in production. I didn't get any approval email before, this is the first status changed after "Initial Review".

reason I am bit skeptic is that My employer filed I-140 in EB3 instead of EB2 by mistake. He then re-filed my I-140 with my application.

Please let me know if there could be any error in USCIS part and if it's a issue if I-140 is still pending in my name, It's just 3 months since I filed my I-485.

Please let me know if i should contact USCIS or just wait and watch

Chances are your I-140 has been approved, and probably in EB2. If you weren't in EB2, your application would have been sent back. 3 months is adequate for I-485 processing.
