Nagamani
Hi, A friend of mine is working on a full time position in an organization on H1B. Her H1B started in 2009. She was told couple of days back that her GC will be processed in EB3 category even though she has done her MS in US. The manager said that since the job that she is working on currently does not require a MS degree, they will sponsor her GC only in EB3. Is this a valid reason for not filing in EB2? Now, she is trying to debate if she should stick on to the current job and go for EB3 filing for now and after getting labor and 140, move to a different company and port it to EB2 or move to a consulting company now itself who is willing to sponsor her GC in EB2 right now.A friend of mine is working on a full time position in an organization on H1B.
