rc10
Hi all, I got H1B and I-94 from employer A till Dec 2012. i moved to new employer B and my new employer B says H1B is valid till march 2012 (attorney told me because my H1B 6 years will be over my march 2012. I am not sure how i got it till Dec 2012 with employer A. Is it valid for me to go back to my employer A and start working? Can someone answer quickly as time is running out for me? thanks rc10 Link to comment
Chitown01
I don't think going back to employer A would work since your 6 years end in March 2012. You would need approved I-140 and then apply for 7th year extension.... Link to comment
yy1979
If Employer B's calculation is correct and your 6th year does end in Mar-2012, I don't think you'll be able to work for anyone (A or B or Z) beyond that, unless you have an approved I-140 like chitown suggested above, and apply for H1B extension before the current one expires.
