Extension approved- i 797 for h1 and h4 . no i-94 for h1.

Hello,

We received approved extension - i 797 for h1 and h4. But we did not get i 94 for h1.

We received for h4. I have filed application for i-94, its been a month. Does anybody know how

long it takes. If my wife(h4) want to go for stamping in India, does she need(H1) my i 797 with i

94 or approved i 797 without i 94 works?

Urgently help needed.

Hi dj20,

We too are stuck in the same senario. Got approved I797 for both H1 and H4 but there is no I94 in the I797 for H1.

Our lawyer too has filled a case to get the corrected notice of approval but we don't know how long it will take.

Do you have any updates in your case.
