H1-B Stamping in New Delhi in between jobs

Hello All,

I am working on the EVC model for the last 2 years on my OPT. My H1-b got activated from Oct 1st 2011. I have a new job offer as a full-time employee with a good company(not on EVC model), but I need to travel to India for a month. I cannot leave to India right after joining the new company, so I have to leave my present job before going and travel to India with the offer letter for the new job, which i will join once I come back.

My question here is how reasonable it is to go for h1-b stamping with just a offer letter for a new job. I will not have any pay-stubs. They will however provide all the other employer-employee relationships documents, etc. required for the stamping.
