I had to travel to India in Oct last year for my sister's wedding and stuck here ever since due to a H1 visa denial and my petition being returned back to the USCIS for review and a possible revoke. Under these circumstances, can I process my GC through the consular processing. What is the safe passage back to the US? Please advice. Thanks! Phani Link to comment
