Marriage after priority dates becoming current.

Hello,

My have my labor and I-140 (EB2) approved, my priority date is August 2010.

I am in my 7th year of my H1B (H1B Valid till June 2013)

My question is once my priority dates become current. How much time will i have to apply for 485? Is there a certain period in which i have to apply for 485 or can i continue to work on H1B as long as it is valid.

I am asking this question because, I am not married yet, would like get married to someone in India, but don't want to hurry.

You can file an I-485 at any time as long as the PD is current.
