vendy9999 Posted January 7, 2012 Report Share Posted January 7, 2012 how long will it take to get the EAD after i file the i485. my date on eb2 has just become current. do i also need to get my employer involved on this to file the i485 . i am in the process of getting my birth certificate,since i lost the old one..can i file i 485 without that for now. pls advise Link to comment

Your application might be returned or RFE later on which might cause a huge delay. Suggest filing with complete documentation. Link to comment
