Hi,

Thanks to all the everyone who posted about their success here.

I had my appointment today morning and my visa was approved.

The wait outside the consulate was for almost 1.5 hrs and went to the 20th floor for the interview and officer asked regular questions

1) Is this renewal?

2) Who is ur employer?

3)client?

4)from when r u on h1?

5)question abt my univ

and finally he told me ur visa is approved and it will take 3 business days.

Not a single document asked except DS 160, I797 and passport

A quick Question, as you are on H1B renewal, When is your previous H1B VISA expired?

2) For Canada Visa .. what is your purpose of visit answer to the question?

3) If visa rejected or 221 (g) slip .. then can we come into USA and wait while working?

2. Did VO check your W-2's if yes were all your W2's above LCA.

you will have to include all the layers in the letter and have support documents that show EE relationship is maintained.
