Status- RFE response review

Anyone have idea, how long they will take to process RFE response. Case status is saying 60 days to respond even it is a premium application..is the message same for both premium and regular processing..

Please post the RFE experiences with premium processing

Actually its all depends on the complexity of the case... but in general for a premium process 15 Calendar days still apply for the RFE response review also.. I saw many people got the decision on or before 15 days. so you can expect some good news in 15 days.

It took 17 days to update in the site from RFE response review to Approved in premium processing for me..

Sometimes The content will be same for both as they need 60 days. The same thing happened with me too..

What kind of RFE it was. Can you please share. I applied in regualar processing on 16th Sept, planning to change it to premium.

responded to RFE on 22nd Dec. The status still says "Request for Evidence".

Is it possible that the page doesn't get updated. Not even sure if they received the response. Can't get in touch with Lawyer :(

Mine was H1B premium processing.Had responded on December 16 th and againon December 24th but still no update on USCIS site.

Does this happen that premium processing takes more than 15 days ....

I filed my H1B premium processing on Dec 2nd

RFE on Dec 15th

Responded to RFE on Jan 6th

H1B extension Approved on Jan 10th...

My H1B transfer was field from company A to company B on Dec 8th under Premium Processing and on Dec 14 when i checked the website, I came to know about RFE.

Date Received: 12/08/2011

RFE:

On December 14, 2011, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER.

I contacted my employer (my employement type ---> My employer - direct client) and he said, they normally receive only 3 type of RFE's 1) employee - employer relationship, 2) client letter, 3) Purchase order (some thing like that). Also my employer said they have very good relationship with client and they do not normally have any rejection.

its more than a month, and im sure premium processing would not take so much time. I checked with my employer and he keeps saying its been taken care and he didnt send me the RFE document/email from USCIS. but he did send me the email from USCIS once they field for PP.

Can somebody let me know if I should start looking for other options. Also please let me know if I still have any other options?

Hi @niraj_19 have u heard anything yet? I seem to have the same prob. Its been close to a month since my lawyers have responded to RFE. But no update on page.

It took exactly 14 calender days to get my approvel after submitting RFE papers.

iam also having same problem. taking more than a month for premium RFE response to get the update. Can you please let me know if you have got the approval or denial and how many days it took for the status to change?
