advaitha.reddy Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 Hi , I applied 5th year of h1b extension in august 2011 under the normal process- California , got RFE in Nov 2011. Reponded to REF in Dec 2011 and status changed to RFE response doc review on Dec 20th 2011 . as of Jan 5th 2012 there is no change in status . is this beacuse of Dec x-mas vacations . last time in 2010 i got approval after the RFE responded within a week . any idea please Link to comment
