H1B transfer to parent and another company

Here is my condition -

I'm in company A in H1 valid till end 2014. I just had a offer with company B and they are ok to file my H1B transfer but didn't filed yet. In the meantime company A organization structure changed and they are moving everyone to company C which is the parent company and they just now files the transfer in regular processing.

My question is at this point can I initiate a H1B transfer from company A -> B

Problem is - company A have moved few employees (including me) to company C and will provide all the paystubs for company C from now.

Any help is highly appreciated.
