Hi

I have been working on H1 B visa for over a year on deputation. I got another offer from some company here and would like to join. However, my company has recently modified the US separation policy . If I resign here , I will be considered as breach of contract and legal action may be taken. The company may pursue available remedies under law.

Please suggest if this can influence my future employment .Also, does this kind of policy/law holds true in US?
