perm filling working experience and pwd issue

I want to start my GC processing in EB2 through desi company.

My case is following like this,

BS in Computer Science,2007(4 years)

MS in Computer Science,2011(2 years)

Work Experience:

• 1st job(location:backhome,2005 to 2006)=>1 year
  
• 2nd job(location:backhome,2006 to 2007)=>9 months
  
• 3rd job(location:backhome,2007 to 2008)=>13 months
  
• In School as Graduate assistant(20hr/week),(location USA)2008-2010 =>18 months(20hr/week)~9 months
  
• Desi Company(Feb,2011 to Dec 2011)=>11 months OPT
  
• Desi Company(Dec 2011 to current)=>h1b
  

Total Working Experience 4 and half years.

My questions are,

a.my work experience in school(20hr/week) will be counted or not?

b.the first company(2005-2006)where i was working is close now.so can i use that 1 year experience?if yes then how can I use this?

c.experience from current employer(desi) will be counted or not?

d.my h1b salary is 64k.so what will be my Prevailing wage determation(pwd)?is it more than 64k like 80k or 90k to avoid Audit?
