USCIS sent an e-mail to wait for 45 days?

Hi All,

My status is RFE Response Review since Sep,2011 at CSC.My employer has received an e-mail yesterday from USCIS to wait for 45 more days to know the decision. Has any one of you received such type of mail from USCIS ? If so have you got the update after 45 days ? Please let me know.

@Jasmine111 : I'm also from h4 to h1 @ csc ....mine is RFE response review from Oct 25th.....Still no updates....I asked my employer to call USCIS....but they don't want to do that..He said wait for 1 more month otherwise he will try to do it in PP. I dont know , Its totally frustrating me....Probably I may also get the same kind of letter from USCIS...who knows..if anything comes definitely I will let you know . My employer said, be patience .....till how long The initital receipt date was jun 13th 2011.

Did your attorney called USCIS...for the response time. How did you receive the letter from USCIS?

@Tensioner : Yes.My employer called USCIS in December first week and we were said that we would receive an update by the end of December.On Jan 3 , USCIS has sent an email to my employer to wait 45 days to know the decision.

Hi Guys! were your case a premium case!Mine was premium processing, responded on dec 14. still no update.

Did you get any updates? Still mine is RFERR ....My employer not ready to call USCIS and ask the processing time as well Premium processing. Its frustrating yaar....
