bhaskar2011
Firstly I have to thank Murthy forums and members for information/help provided. Q's asked: 1. company name. 2. Job title/position 3. do you work for end client? 4. End client name and address? 5. what is your highest degree? 6. why did u do master's in US? After that VO gone through some details in her system for a while.( almost 5 mins ) I started feeling nervous !!!! thought VO was going through EE MEMO :) After a while: 7. How many employees work for your company? 8. do all of them work for end client? 9. whom do u report to ? I told X at my company and X at my end client. 10. How often do you report to X at your company? weekly. Then VO said your 'VISA is APPROVED'. No documents were asked. Preparation ( all EE memo relation, going through all your docs, etc.. ) and showing confidence is must now a days to go for VISA in case of IT Consultants. I went through lot of stress in the whole process .it took a while for me to believe that I am lucky this time. Just for information 2 others guys whom I have talked to got 221g .( they are on EVC too). Another FTE case was smooth. Again Prepare well , Avoid traveling if not required. Link to comment

permaudit
bhaskar2011 - can you please tell me what you have answered for this question whom do u report to ? can't we just say employer.. Link to comment
bhaskar2011
saying employer is not an appropriate answer ( it is expected you always report to your employer)...say him the exact name of the person in your company .. it can be the president/owner of the company ( in case of small employer's). Sks121
Interview date : 12/28 L1A Blanket, FTE. After few Qs, VO said approved and handed a white slip about DHL details. Next day got email that it requires further processing - "Do you want your passport back?" Waiting on the response... Any idea how much time it takes to get a response from them?? Link to comment
